1. Carpal tunnel syndrome
2. Eyes get dry easily
3. Migraine
4. Backache
5. Having meals irregularly. For instance, when it is meal time, you don’t eat anything.
6. Ignoring personal hygiene
7. Having trouble in sleeping and obviously change in sleeping habit

The wording is correct, except for 7.
7. Having trouble in sleeping and obviously change in sleeping habit(s)

Not everything on the list is a physical symptom; some are diseases. And 6. and 7 and possiibly 5. sound more like ps
