Phrases

I honestly don't know if this is right forum to ask this questions but, earlier I asked if anyone knew where the phrase "upper weekend" came from, referring to the next weekend to come. Thanks you for the response to that request. I tried to research it and the only info I found was that it is used in Africa. Does anyone know if this term is common in Czech Republic or Montenegro?

I found two instances online that seem to refer to the weekend before last and not the one after the next, both from Nigeria.
