Hi
Please tell me what these phrases mean.
They were given against the scores for a vocabulary test.
8- 10 - lone wolf
10-12- social butterfly
12-15- party of life

I had composed a similar reply. But, I couldn't effectively co-relate them to the vocabulary-test, especially the third one. So, I left it out.
Looking at your post, this is what I would conclude:
A person who socializes very less has a very less vocabulary. On the other hand, the one who is an extrovert has the highest vocabulary.

Please tell me if I am wrong.

I do not have the book before me now. But the phrases were given against the scores as I have given in my post.
Perhaps I think the meanings given CJ can be related to the level of the person's closeness with words just as it is with the people from the meaning of the phrases.
