Phrase meaning

Hi

Just wanted to check if this phrase makes sense

“Those crying nights are laughing times to come”

or should I use 'These' instead of 'Those'

And another one :

Can I say :

“ You keep telling you’re ok“

or do I need to include a pronoun after 'telling'

Thanks
