Phrase insertion

Review contracts and supply estimates to set up consortiums with foreign companies, including Vapor Europe.

HI,

I am trying to insert the following phrase into somewhere in the middle of the sentence above.

", under supervision of unit manager,"

I want to know where the best place is to put it, except at the very front of the sentence.

I am torn between putting it after "review" and after "estimates".

(but the former seems a bit awkward... am I right?)

Thanks
