Phrase correction "learning disorder" or "learning disability"

Hello,

I'm forwarding a question asked by a friend of mineCould somebody possibly help me with the following project name?

"The support of pupils with the specific learning disabilities at primary school"

I'm not sure if the articles are correct, if there's any difference between "disabilities" and "disorders", if the prepositions are ok, and if "primary school" is the right type of school (for children between 7 and 15 years of age).

Many thanks in advance!

Best,

P.
