Phrase "basque in the glory" (from Ramsay's Kitchen Nighmares)

Hi guys,

could you help me with the phrase "basque in the glory"? Please what does it mean exactly?

Context: It's again from the show Kitchen Nightmares, where Gordon Ramsay just helped the chef-owner with relaunching of his restaurant. The big pull for the locals, the price, has worked and everyone was leaving the restaurant with positive feelings. Gordon is commenting it...

Gordon: Nick's got the stamp of approval. Making a fresh start has worked,
so if Nick wants to (?)basque in the glory(?) = ? again, he'd better stick to the new regime.

thanks a lot in advance

Ooh, for a minute I thought it must be a French country cuisine restaurant and it was a dreadful, dreadful pun.
