Yes it s about global warming and It wasn t written by me but by a journalist so it s supposed to be right:)

but i cant understand which phrase is "all but" which phrases are mebedded in this pp

ahem... you asked if it was correct :/ I think the "all but" is for emphasising the last sentence, but I also think it makes it a bit confusing... I like simple direct statements rather, nothing fancy.
