Phrase

Hey,

I have a question- when someone say: "allocated to your order", what does he mean?
I encountered this saying in an e-mail from a supplier in my workplace.
I asked him about this order.
Does it mean that the orser is ready?
That's a strange saying...

Thanks in advance for anyone who will answer,
