Phrasal verbs/informal expressions for "communicate well"

How can I express it in an informal way when I understand somebody very well, we are able to communicate our thoughts and feelings easily and there are rarely any misunderstandings? Should I use "get along" or "be on the same page" in that context? What else can I say?

On the same wavelength would be my suggestion too.
We get along would suggest we don't quarrel.
We're on the same page would suggest we are in agreement (on some matter).
