Phrasal verbs' combination items

Hi all,

A phrasal verb is a verb that is made up of a main verb together with an adverb or a preposition, or both. Typically, their meaning is not obvious from the meanings of the individual words themselves. But my problem is the phrasal verbs' parts!

Will you write some example sentences of phrasal verbs with this structures, please?

verb + preposition

verb + adverb

verb + preposition + adverb

verb + adverb + preposition

Thank you so much. It was helpful.

One other question. In the first classification below (verb + adverb):

He pulled it off.

what type of adverbs are out, up and off there respectively, please?
