That plea is rather vague. What seems to be your problem with them?

I just can't remember them. They are, sometimes, all alike to me, especially the ones with the same verb. Are there any rules of the prepositions?

Very few beyond their meanings (which can often be legion). I agree that they can be confusing, and I suggest that one way to deal with them is to accumulate them by main verb in your vocabulary notebook:

come into
come upon
come to
come over
come off
