Hey, Can someone please explain to me why is it ok to say:

I'm looking forward to seeing you.

but not ok

I'm hope to seeing you soon

Can someone please explain to me why is it ok to say:
I'm looking forward to seeing you.

but not ok

I'm hope to seeing you soon

'I am hope . . . ' is incorrect.. It is not an English tense.
