phrasal verb sit in on

HI,

Can we use the phrasal verb 'sit in on' in the following sentence

1.Could you please sit in on my class tomorrow because I have to attend a seminar for two days? Here, somehow it means to 'cover' someone's class.'

Thanks

Kinston AG Could you please sit in on my class tomorrow To me this means that the speaker will take the class as normal, but the other person is requested to be present also. I wouldn't use it for the meaning you want.
