Photography questions

Is the last sentence grammatically correct?
If you're focused on something four feet away from you, something four feet and two inches away may not be in perfect focus, but the difference may be too small to notice. Something 30 feet away, on the other hand, may be so out of focus as to be unrecognizable.

Which sentence is correct?
This photo was taken with a 27mm lens on a Nikon D70 camera at f/4.5 at 1/80 sec. The focus was on the 'P' of 'Parkin'.

The focus point was the letter "B" in "VILLEREMBERT".

I read these sentences in the article I linked to below. Do you think they are grammatical?

1 First thing that can be noticed is that the sigma lens appears to produce a slightly wider view than the canon.
2 The shots done with the canon lens were more consistent in their AF accuracy than the sigma lens shots.
3 This was particularly evident when I did some outside portraits with both lenses.
4 The sigma 50mm lens is a big hunk of glass that feels great on a 5D
5 I can heartily recommend this wine though .
