hello this's victor who is korean^^ even i had the same question... and i searched for the information....

in conclusion the phonetics has someting to do with vocal sounds ..... like through our speech organ like a lip or a tongue and so on . it deals with how these sounds are articulated and perceived
......but the phonology has someting to do with sounds in language "how abstract
