I am a first year English student I missed my first semestre, so here I am studing for 2 semesters with no help I wanna study phonetics I never deal with it before, anyone can advice me what to do how should I start I am so lost

I don't think studying phonetics would be the best way to go. This is because English has such irregular kinds of spelling; pronunciation is not always a clue to how a word is spelled! To correct some of your errors, your first spelling of "semestre" is incorrect - "semester" is correct.

"I never dealt with it before" is the correct way to say that (it's past tense). Your next sentence should start like this: Can anyone advise me what to do? - Then: How should I start? Then: I am so lost.

Geneerally, I teach English to adults by going back to books for beginning readers and textbooks for early grade levels. You can start at whatever level is comfortable for you. I would strongly suggest you get a private tutor. I don't think you can study two semesters of English at the same time. Start with the first one, take your time and move on to the second one after that.
