Phonemic transcription & Phonetic Transcription

I came across the follow wordings, if you were to transcripe in Australian
english in phonemic and phonetic, i wonder what it look like?
Is there any
different with other english? Like Britain, or New Zeeland?

The phonemic transciption is the same for all varieties of English, as far as I know. I can't imagine there would be many, if any, differences. The phonetic transcription would show some differences.
