Phonemic transcription

Hello...many kind thanks in advance to anyone who can help me find a way to do a PHONEMIC not PHONETIC transcription of the following sentence:

You are spending all your money all the time on lottery tickets. I dunno what your thinkin’

I went to Accent Lab and did a phonetic transcription with no problem. Now I need a PHONEMIC transcription. Any advice on where/how I can do this?
