PhD Motivation Letter Please could you review?:)

Hi to all! I'm not native english speaker, I wrote this motiv. letter in order to apply for a Ph.D program. Please could you review it?:) Thank You in advance.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I respectfully submit this letter of application to The HEC Paris Ph.D. Program. I believe that both my educational background, working experience and deep interest in the chosen field of study make me a very good candidate for the program.
I have been very active in both my academic and professional career in parallel. I have gained an interdisciplinary experience which enables me to pursue my PhD studies in management fields. I find this fields very interesting, and seriously think that a deep understanding of the correlation between worker and firm, and a deep knowledge of studies and researches, is an essential element of what it makes You be a good human resources manager.

As You will be able to see from my resume, I got a bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from European University of Rome, with a thesis about third sector and non-profit organizations, with an empiric analysis of how good they are in managing art and culture sectors. I also received a full 24 months scholarship in the first two years. During my studies I became very interested in human resources management and, in general, in all organization science, its principles and associated tools.
Once I completed my bachelor degree, I focused the start of my professional career on the development of my front-office capabilities. I started to work as a Front-Office Secretary for a local firm (De Luca S.r.l.). This career offered me chance to improve my interpersonal, social, and listening skills, and also to learn a lot about client’s management procedures. Dealing with clients/entities and projects, I have realized how important all the parties are (from planers and local authorities) in terms of making a business being successful and how difficult it is due to the lack of appropriate human resources management tools. This has reinforced my interest in this topic, to which I intend to contribute and get involved as a researcher.
Prior to having my master’s degree, I also worked as part time volunteer in a non-profit organization. I was asked, in this role, to teach Italian language to children with a war background and to immigrant families in Rome. This gave me important an important feedback about my teaching and communication skills.

In 2015 I have gained my master degree in “Management and Finance” from European University of Rome, with an empiric thesis entitled: “Work-Life balance: Instruments, theories and practices” with the support of two public foundations, here in Italy. It was a real challenge and a very interesting experience for me, which convinced me to reinforce my international experience and studies in human resources management theories and practices. It was also a great opportunity to demonstrate, in a competitive context, my enhanced writing skills and my ability to collate both analytical data and factual information relating to economic and management environments. This Master also enabled me to underline the practical skills gained through academic and part-time work, with theoretical knowledge. As a result, this affords me a strong advantage as I can offer the breadth of skills that you seek as well as relevant knowledge of management tools.
My resume also demonstrates my active involvement in other community fields, as musical, languages and sport schools.

I realize the highly competitive demands of the program I am applying to, but I also believe that I acquired enough academicals background and skills, ambition and motivation to cope with the requirements for a successful study at the Institute.

I would be honored with being accepted to Your Ph.D. program.
I look forward to hear from you soon. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Yours Sincerely,
XYZ
