Phd Cover Letter :- hey friends! need your help to improve it
hello friends,
I am looking for a phd program. Related to the matter I have written a cover letter and needed it to be very effective. I need ur help to checkout my grammatical mistakes and remove all the uttercraps from the letter. Thank you in advance, looking for a quick feedback.

It is a pleasure writing this letter to you in order to find a suitable doctoral position in your esteemed research group. I came to know about your work through your publications and webpage and found it significantly resembles to my future prospects. In July 2011, I graduated with a Master degree, supervised by Dr. *****, in Department of ***** at the University of *****.
During the academic years, I got an opportunity to perform my research work on the project titled “ *** ”. This work makes me quite familiar with various analytical techniques, laboratory procedures, instruments and softwares for performing experimentation on synthesis, characterization and application of *****. Besides this, the academic courseworks and seminars not only aided me with a sound and firm theoretical grounding in the relevant research field but also taught me the invaluable skills to manage, lead and collaborate effectively with the problems associated with it. The main focus of the project is “ ***** ”, one of the most promising among the field breakthroughs. The goal of the project is to develop a *****.
My interest in the field from the bachelors program has motivated me to work on this project.
