pessimistic/optimistic or pessimist/optimist

hi, how would you say this;

"a pessimistic is an optimistic with better information" or "a pessimist is an optimist with better information"?

there's no need to encode your mobile number in your message as it will automatically register to the phone of the receiver. Don't forget to indicate your name as well.
