Secondly, I can pig out at the festival. Usually, my family would like to have a barbecue party to celebrate the Moon Festival, and we can flaunt our amazing cooking skills. Last year, we bought many kinds of meat, fruit and vegetables that we need to celebrate. We had prepared those ingredients, seasonings and condiments in advance. Then we strung sausages and vegetables with sticks, and soused the meat with salt. This signature dish is called “Vegetable strings.” Its making process: First, put some pork inside the lettuces, rolled them up, and then strung them together with sticks. Next, add some seasonings on the surface, based on tomato paste that made attractive red color, mixed with varied spicy for chicken preparation. Then, put them to be roasted on the barbecue grill for about ten or more minutes. While roasting, the smell of barbecued food pervades the air widely, and the flavor made our mouthwatering.
