Persuasive speech (MMS)

Hey everyone,
I am doing a persuasive speech about why employers should use social networks to screen job applicants. I have to use Monroe's Motivated sequence and I'm having a hard time coming up with an appropriate NEED and SATISFACTION for this topic. Does anyone have any ideas??
