0 Is the word 01b00"personnel"02b00 is alwasys plural and gender neutral? (such as police personnel, army personnel)  If so, what is the singular? Is there any other word that can suitably replace personnel? 0-

10 Yes. Hardly anyone uses that term anymore. There is no singular unless you use 01i00employee02i00 as the singular. The new term is 01i00human resources.
