could you please tell me about the difference between the word "personality" and "character" in english use?how do they differ from each other?(good personality but bad character)

Does the word "character" mean just a feature or if it's so what about "personality"?

not exactly,I came across this question within a material on teaching character adjectives and some other personal qualities it asks "what is the difference between one's personality and one's character and how is it possible that somebody with a good personality and bad character?".

thanks for your replies but the difference is still not very obvious for me:(
