Personal Statement for master program. Please help me check it

My decision to get a Masters Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, at this point in my career, is precisely based on a question "Why .... agricultural products cannot be sold in foreign countries?" I was born and lived for 12 years in a countryside in ...., namely, ...., which is considered as one of the largest paddy fields in my country. Agriculture is considered s a strong advantage in ..... You can easily enjoy different fresh fruits, vegetables, and others in my country with the reasonable prices.

When I worked as an intern at .... Co., Ltd – a big .... retail-store company. We faced a huge number of products imported worldwide every day from foodstuffs to technological products but it was quite hard to find a high-quality agricultural good from .... totally. Whilst, in some recent years, agricultural productivity in... has overcome the capability of consumption of domestic market, which led to some terrible situations such as selling watermelons for free, throwing away blue dragons because no one buys them. These situations proved that .... agriculture totally has a capability to adapt to a great number of demands for both domestic and foreign markets. I always imagine if .... exported processed food instead of materials in their rude, not only food-stuffs but also the effort of farmers in ... will be rightly valued. I always dream of one day when .... agriculture becomes a big name of outstanding quality and global popularity. Therefore, I would like to extend my educational background with a master degree in logistics and global supply chain management to gain the skills and qualifications needed to make my dream come true.

I have graduated with Bachelor of Banking and Finance in Banking Academy of .... since August 2018. It was also the first time I have learned Logistics and International Trading including International Trade Transaction, Transportation and Insurance in Foreign Trade, International Payment and Import-Export Financing and International Trade Financing. After all, they have been my big inspiration and I actually got excellent marks in these modules as you can saw from my academic transcript.

When I worked as a fundraising member in ...., I had the chance to talk with many people studying abroad, which make my desire to studying abroad bigger and bigger. What's more, I am eager to live and study in a new environment to meet, chat and make friends with new people. So I decide to join an MSc program abroad. And it is also necessary to understand culture and eating habit of foreigners if I want to bring Vietnam agricultural products worldwide.

After deciding learning MSc abroad, I have performed a lot a research on the Internet, and talked with many supervisors in my internship company and professors in my university, to target which university's master program I can benefit from most. First of all, Venlo, the Netherlands where the program happens is home to the headquarters and distribution facilities of many logistics service providers. Then I favorite the problem-based learning methods, rather small-scale class and amazing education opportunities such as experiencing a global supply chain in action and internship. This program is the 1st in its category in the national Keuzegids ranking which has a good reputation. Besides, the Holland- High potential scholarship is so fascinating to all non-EU/EEA students, which could greatly release the financial burdens of studying abroad. All things considered, my all research has encouraged me to chase an MSc program at your institution.

After graduation, I plan to seek employment in the trading department in the Ministry of Agriculture in ..... I hope to exert my knowledge to expand the market of Vietnam agriculture as I expected and continue greater personal development. I am convinced the MSc program offered by UM will help me to achieve my career goal.
