PERSONAL & INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCE

Hello. I have a question about the difference between "personal" (adj) and "individual" (adj). Unfortunately, in my mother tongue, these two words are quite the same, so it may be a bit difficult for me to explain the difference between them.

For example, is "a personal decision" different from "an individual decision"? How does context help me distinguish them?.

If you say "individual decision", it cannot mean that. It seems to me that "individual decision" would rarely be called for and would mean "one decision as distinct from any others of its group of decisions".
