Hi, I'm writing a personal essay on texting, explaining how texting can bring deceptions. We have to use a literary device in each paragraph, but I'm having trouble thinking of a literary device for one paragraph. My topic sentence is " One can easily be fooled by others via text messaging, because without even a voice to infer from, he or she is oblivious to what is happening on the other side of the line". I want to say that when you're texting, you are blind to the actions on the other side and you cannot know if the words are really what the texter is saying or meaning. Thanks!
