Person description

Hello,

I've got a problem with choosing the right words. I read short descriptions/profiles of many job seekers and I am to choose the right person.
Is this sentence correct?

"On the basis of the person(al) description, I think that candidate A is the righ person for the job"

Thank you

Top answer

This seems more normal: On the basis of his/her/their description, I think that candidate A is the right person for the job.
