Person 1: I don't care about anything you're saying. Person 2: I don't care either.←Does this mean I don't also care what I am saying?

Person 1: I don't care about anything you're saying.
Person 2: I don't either. (Does this mean I also don't care what I am saying?) and what about "I don't yours either" or "I don't care about yours either"?

Not so good. Try "Likewise." or "Ditto." or "Same to you."
