Perplexing sentences

1. This is the most interesting story ......................I have ever read.

a. that b. which

2. What is the problem ......... worries you the most?

My answer

1. Both "that" and "which" are correct.

2. Only "that" is correct.

I read that we can't use "which" after the interrogative pronouns "what, which & who". Is that right?

I think they meant "immediately after". That is, don't use "What which", "Which which", or "Who which" at the beginning of questions.

Other than that, I've never heard such a rule.
