Perplexing sentences

1. Eating too much food.......….studying doesn't help you to study well.

2. ..........……my training, I feel good.

3. I must take a rest…......…..working hours.

4. He suffered an ankle injury…….training this week.

My answer:

I know that we 'during' is NOT followed by VERB-ING , but I am sure the correct choice in all these sentences is DURING . Am I right?
