Permitted, permitting, accepting, admitting, presenting for 'it'

Hi all.

Though I've learnd the below underlined words are used in replacement of 'if', I've never learned the exact uage of those words. So I made some sentences using those. Please check them out if they are grammatical or not.

1. Permitted ( =Permitting) he is late again, I will fire him.

2. Permitted he is lazy, I will not hire him.

3. Accepting he is late again, I will fire him.

4. Accepting he is lazy, I will not hire him.

5. Admitting he is late again, I will fire him.

6. Admitting he is lazy, I will not hire him.

7. Presenting he is late again, I will fire him.

8. Presenting he is lazy, I will not hire him.

Also, I wonder whether we can put 'accepted, admitted, presented' for thouse cases.

Always many thanks.
