Permission letter

In this Corona situation to get married, we have to write letter to the District officer seeking permission, here's what I tried please check.

Dear sir

This is to bring your kind notice that I am writing this letter on behalf of both the groom and bride party. We are getting married on 30th Nov 2020 at Dharmanagar District office officially in front of marriage officer and also in the presence of our guardians obeying all the norms that I need to, apart from that as a Bengali there is a few rituals that I too need to perform at Nayapara kalibari Dharmanagar for the sake of my family members, and to do that I need your permission, I assure you that during the completion of marriage traditionally at kalibari we all the present people at the marriage will keep the mask on maintaining the social distance as well, also we will make sure that there will not be more than 15 to 20 people with us.

Therefore kindly allow us to get married traditionally at Nayapara kalibari Dharmanagar. I shall be very grateful to you for this kind favor Thank you.
