Perfect verb forms consist of the verb HAVE and the third (past participle) form of the full verb.

I have / he has taught
I/he had taught

We also use BE in progressive and passive perfect forms.

I have /he has been teaching
I/he had been teaching

I have / he has been taught
I/he had been taught

For those who consider that English has a future tense, then WILL can be considered part of some perfect tense forms.

I/he will have taught
