Perfect present tense

I would like to know if I say "You should have slept earlier." to friend who sleep late the last night. Is it okay or is it. "You should have sleep early."

If your friend is sleepy, then say:

You need to get more sleep.
Advice:
You should get to bed earlier.
You should sleep (wake up) later.
