Perfect infinitive

Dear users, could you please provide some patterns where the perfect infinitive is used and correct me if am wrong 1. In the pattern he is thought/considered/ beleived/ seems/ likely to have done. 2. After some adjectives happy , glad, thankful to have done
3. In the third conditional- To have won the prize would have been great/ It would have been great to have won the prize. Are there any other patterns where to have V3 can bes used

Note: Many grammarians advise against this construction, claiming that the following is the correct way to write it:

It would have been great to win the prize.

Is the VP above the substitute for the if-clause in the "3."? If so, is it grammatical?
