Perfect infinitive

We see it as in insult to have been given no reply". . I know the cases when perfect infinitive is used ( after adjectives: glad to have been invited , instead of dummy it, he is said to have been clever , as a part of the third conditionals to have won the race would have been fantastic , also we can use it after the verbs pretend deserve with the past meaning and after hope intend with the future meaning I hope to have bought a car by noon. Dear friends please add what I didn't include and I am particularly interested in phrases after which perfect infinitive can be used. ( like the one I mentioned above) Could you provide such phrases please.
