Perfect Infinitive

00I have no doubt on [of?] examples 1 and 2 but example 3. I could not find any difference between eg 1 & eg 3. The verb patterns for the both are same. But the meanings given are different.So going by the above rule, Can I rephrase eg.3 as "He expects that he finished by June"?. Earlier action should be in the past tense since the main verb is in present tense. 02br
