Perception vs viewpoint vs perspective?

Hi! everyone.
Could you tell me whether these three will be synonymous in the sentence below?
1-It was, in many ways, a tantalizing performance from an NFL scout's perspective(Can we swap "perspective" for "viewpoint" or "perception"?)
2-He's gained a worldly perspective from his travels to Africa with Right To Play.(What does "perspective" mean here? Could you rephrase it?)
Thanks!

A point of view is a personal opinion and attitude towards a subject. It is looking at it from one angle, and maybe not seeing the entire picture. The object is obvious, and there may be many different points of view. Point of view is clearly a count noun.
