Percent + adjective

Could you tell me whether the following usage of 'percent' is right? Thank you in advance.

A: Do you think he can come back here by Tuesday?

B: As of now, 90% possible. If he has a situation to urgently resolve there, he will let me know about it as soon as he knows.
