May be because I have my own way of perceiving things. Though I try very hard to put aside my own beliefs to be practical but most of the time I don’t succeed in this attempt.

Do you mean, this the way it should be written? Is it right now?

That is better although you did not delete the end of the last phrase. If the first sentence is a reply to a question such as

Why do you ...........?
Maybe because I .........

then that is fine.

If it is a statement then you need to finish the sentence. If this is a whole thought then:-

Maybe because I have my own way of perceiving things, I try very hard
