Per cent or per cents?

Hello!

Could you help me, please? Which is right: 35 per cent or per cents? I have found both cent and cents, but I don't understand the difference then. Please, help me!

Thank you!

"35 per cents" is incorrect. It should be "35 per cent" or (especially in AmE) "35 percent". Of course, commonly it is written "35%", as I'm sure you know.
