People who each

Hello,

Those individuals who each HAS a car.
Those individuals who each HAVE a car.

Each is singular, but dictionary seems to use HAVE after "each".

Which is correct and why?

Those individuals each have a car.

I would say "They each have a car".

I think the reason is clear if I rewrite the sentence as follows: "They have a car each" though I think this sentence is not grammatically correct,.
