People should look after their health for personal benefits, rather than a duty for a society. What extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a major concern that in today modernization era, most of people’s time was spent on the pursuit of materials rather than taking care of their personal’s health. However, I strongly opine that health should be considered to be not only personal responsibilities but also the social obligations.

On the one hand, as the rapid development of industrialization, the widespread expansion of severe infectious diseases are now far more pervasive than ever, which concerns the whole social community by its unpredictable consequences. There are innumerable dangerous diseases recognized from one individual can detrimentally affect global inhabitants worldwide. A massive number of people remained unemployed after having suffered from disastrous illness In brief, it is obvious to see that health is extremely instrumental in individual’s working productivity and its vital role significantly contributes to the social community.

On the other hand, there is no deniable opinion adjudges that it is our paramount obligation to provide our health a properly adequate protection owing to the fact that suffering serious illness may prevent people from being engaged in social and individual activities and have adverse influences on the performance at workplace. Therefore, it is the government responsibility to reduce medical fees to relieve tension for the patients. Thus, sport activities should be noticeably emphasized in order to encourage people to improve their resistance to factors causing diseases.

To put the matter in a nutshell, whether it is personal benefit or community commitments, it is substantial that people should give more conscious maintenance to their health condition.
