People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health?

When I am a few kilos overweight, I basically feel malfunction of my heart which means I can not breathe well while I am walking up the roads and my body seems to become weaker. For example, I catch cold easily and my hands and legs get swollen easily.



The first time when I gained 10 kilos from the grief of the loss of my friend, I was able to feel those symptoms. One day, when I woke up and saw my face and my hands swollen terribly I decided to do some exercise. What Kinds of exercises I did were jogging, walking fast and skipping. The two former exercises are quite gentle, so that I could so with some fun. They enable me to build up some energy to work out for more time. The last one, skipping needs a lot of effort to do steadily because it is very strenuous so I could not get used to doing it at first. After I started skipping, I had gradually lost weight. Then, I realized that there is a reason that skipping has a kind of honor that it is the best one for some people who want to lost weight in a short period. Three exercises do not need much money and luxurious place to do. I just need running shoes, a jogging suit and an mp3 player. As a result, I recovered my original shape and until I became two sized bigger I didn’t feel any pain on my heart and my body didn’t swell again.



What I want to focus on is a psychological change while doing exercise. As I radically gained weight for the first time, I guess I was becoming a hot-tempered person. However, to my surprise, once I started working out, I felt so fresh. Besides I felt I was getting mentally healthier than before. Sometimes when I had some private problems and didn’t know what to do, I went outside to work out. Then, I felt better even though I didn’t find a way to resolve those problems. It worked out better than overeating or drinking. Since I got to know the benefits of these exercise, I’ve been working out regularly.
