People are flushed over exercise

I like to see people are flushed over exercise.

I like to see people's face are flushed over exercise.

HI,

The second of the above is how we express the idea, but native speakers seem to use the first. So I wonder if both of them sound right? Thanks.

When someone becomes flushed with/from (not over) exercise, more than their face becomes red. Omit the word "are" as well. It's an odd thing to enjoy seeing.
