In fact, when people stand at two options of items, they are inclined to buy ones that they have seen before, it true to drinks too. For example, when people come to stores to buy some beverages, they usually buy some popular brand drinks, such as Coca Cola, Pepsi, because these brands are familiar to them. Moreover, according to several researches, it is shown that drinks containing a great amount of sugar are more effective in refection. This explains why people like to consume sugar refreshments when they are tired, which leads to an increase in these drinks consumption.
In order to deal with this trend, several solutions have been offered. Firstly, by enacting laws to ban some beverages which contain a great amount of sugar, governments can prevent these drinks on the markets. This means that people have to change their hobbies and consume other healthy drinks, which leads to the decrease in sugar-based drinks consumption. Additionally, if authorities launch some campaigns to inform the drawbacks of these drinks to people, they will become more aware of sugar refreshments. Consequently, people will consider more carefully before they buy any drink products containing sugar.
