In the text I found online, it says it is called "the Penitent", which makes a slight difference, but doesn't illuminate things tremendously. The quote seems originally to be from a book about the mystic powers of numbers, so it is very likely pure mumbo-jumbo. It may have meant something to the writer but it doesn't mean anything to me, I'm afraid.
